Divya Hospital ( Divya Laparo Endo Surgery centre ) came into existence on 18th Nov. 2010 and is situated at Parikarma Marg, in Civil line area of Faizabad , the city of Lord Rama next to Ayodhya Development authority Office and facing South wall of DM residence boundary. It is very close to Railway Station ( 1 km) & Bus Stand ( 2 km). It is a Hi tech center providing minimal access surgery services to all categories of patients at affordable cost ( MAS to Masses)
This is a small hospital offering facilities for laparoscopic and endoscopic Hepato-Biliary surgery, hernia surgery, gastrointestinal surgeries, gynae surgery, uro surgery and various open surgeries. The hospital is spread over 5 floors. The ground floor has Reception counter, reception lobby, OPD rooms, Emergency Room , State of art operation theater equipped [with advanced laparosopy set consisting of HD camera , HD Monitor, Xenon Light source, Harmonics , Valleylab diathermy, Enseal , TURP set, URS set, PCNL set , C-Arm ]and a general ward (5 beds) in the back part. The first floor features eight deluxe rooms equipped with all modern facilities, two semi-private rooms with four beds each, a general ward with four beds, and two nursing stations. The ground floor includes two general wards with three beds each, along with the Doctor’s residence. The fifth floor contains a linen and instrument cleaning room, a CSSD room, a storeroom, water tanks, and an open terrace. The basement houses a medical store, a laboratory, an X-ray room, a storeroom, a medical records room, and a staff training room. The hospital team comprises Dr. V.P. Divya Hospital is now “NABH Certified”. The first private hospital in District Ayodhya to receive NABH certification, with certificate no. PESHCO-2020-3200. Its initial validity was from May 18, 2020, to May 17, 2022. NABH certification was renewed in 2022 for a further two years, extending validity from May 18, 2022, to May 17, 2024. After a third renewal, its current validity is from June 11, 2024, to June 10, 2025.
